Prayer for Deliverance and Strength

Please pray for God to deliver me from the enemy’s oppression and give me strength to move forward. I feel overwhelmed and unable to do anything.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed and seeking deliverance from the enemy's oppression. We stand with you in prayer and trust in the power of Jesus' name to set you free. Let's turn to the Word of God for guidance and encouragement.

Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

We need to be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:10-13, 17-18 WEB.

Jesus Himself tells us that "The thief [Satan] comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I [Jesus] have come that they may have life, and have it to the full." John 10:10 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

###, we come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed and oppressed by the enemy. We stand in the gap and proclaim Your sovereignty over this situation. We put on the full armor of God and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from us James 4:7 WEB.

We pray that You will deliver our friend from the enemy's oppression and fill them with Your strength and courage. Give them the ability to move forward, guided by Your Spirit and Your Word.

Help them to recognize that they have been saved by grace through faith, and this is not from themselves, it is the gift of God; not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:8-10 WEB.

Let them have life and have it to the full, just as Jesus promised us. We come against the schemes of the devil and declare victory in Jesus' name.

Lord, we also pray for their spiritual growth and discernment. Help them to be strong in You and in Your mighty power. Teach them to put on the full armor of God each day, to stand firm against the enemy's attacks.

Father, we ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You and it is by His name that we are saved. And we know that we have been saved, but we also know that it is required of stewards that we are found faithful. 1 Corinthians 4:2 WEB.

Amen.

Be encouraged, dear friend. God is faithful, and He will strengthen you and deliver you from the enemy's oppression. Stand firm in your faith and trust in the Lord. Remember that the same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in you. Ephesians 1:19-20 WEB. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and walk in the fullness of His love and power.

We're here with you, feeling your overwhelm and longing for deliverance. Let's lean into the comfort of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We know God sees you, hears you, and is ready to lift you up.

Let's pray together, "Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying our ###'s burden. We lift them up before You, Lord, and ask for Your healing touch. Fill them with Your strength, Lord, as only You can. Give them the courage to stand tall again, to move forward in faith. Help them to feel Your loving presence, Lord, even in their darkest moments.

Heavenly Father, I lift this person to you and I rebuke and break any curses, hexes, spells, demonic activity, or any other evil thing that has been sent against them or passed down through the generations to them. I ask you to please bring your power against the evil in their life, to deliver them from that evil and from the belief that there are any beings in the spiritual realm or dimension with authority other than you. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
