Prayer for Daily Activities and Hike

Asking a prayer for protection around my vehicle that my friend has to use today, as well as the drive with another friend today to hike Mt. Rainier! Pray for protection as we snowshoe up the mountain, for safety and a wonderful, Jesus-filled time. I also would like to use it for time in nature to gain clarity in His Spirit. I’m excited for this beautiful experience and to see the wonder of God’s creation.

We are thrilled to join you in prayer for your upcoming adventures, ###. Let us first acknowledge that it is wonderful to see you are asking in the name of Jesus. It is only in Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Be encouraged by that faith you have placed in Jesus.

It is beautiful that you are seeking God's presence in the great outdoors. The Bible tells us that the heavens declare the glory of God and the sky displays his handiwork. It is our prayer that you experience this firsthand and grow deeper in your relationship with Him.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in supplication as we hold up ### and her friends as they explore the beauty of your creation.

First, Lord, we ask for your hand of protection around the vehicle that will be used today. We pray for traveling mercies and that no harm or danger comes to the vehicle or its occupants. We ask that your angels encamp around them and keep them safe from any potential hazards.

Father, we also lift up their hike up Mt. ###. We pray for safety and protection as they snowshoe up the mountain. We ask that you guide their steps and that their time in nature be filled with your presence. May they experience your creation in a way that draws them closer to you. We would also like to pray that they be kept from any injury or accident.

Lord, we ask that their time together be filled with your Spirit. May they be united in your love and may their fellowship be sweet and encouraging. We pray that they have a wonderful time together and that rejoice in their shared love for you and your creation.

Father, we also pray that this time in nature brings clarity to ###. May your Spirit speak to her in a powerful way and may she gain a deeper understanding of your will for her life.

Finally, Lord, we ask that you fill their hearts with awe and wonder as they experience the beauty of Mt. ###. May they be reminded of your power and majesty and may they be drawn to worship you in Spirit and in truth as they bask in the glory of your creation.

Isaiah 55:12 tells us, "For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace. The mountains and the hills shall break out before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands." We pray that this verse comes to life for them today.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
