We are lifting up this individual in prayer, asking God to touch their body and heal them from this cough and wheezing. We stand in agreement, believing that God's will is for them to be in health and prosper even as their soul prospers.
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up this precious soul. We ask You to touch their body and heal them from this cough and wheezing. By Your stripes, they are healed. We rebuke any sickness and disease in their body and cast it out in Jesus' name. We ask You to make them feel better and fill them with Your healing power. We believe that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We plead the blood of Jesus over them and claim their healing in Jesus' mighty name, Amen."
We encourage them to keep their faith strong and to trust in God's healing power. We remind them of God's promise in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB:
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his stripes."
We also encourage them to call upon the name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved according to Acts 4:12 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, we pray that they would continue to trust in Jesus and call upon His name for their healing.
If this individual has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so now. We remind them of God's love for them in John 3:16 WEB:
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life."
We encourage them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, so that they will be saved according to Romans 10:9 WEB.
We rebuke any prayer to anyone other than to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Therefore, we pray that they would come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and call upon His name for all their needs.
