Prayer for co-workers wanting to get ### fired

My name is ###. Workplace drama that I am being painted as the bad person for a termination I was told to do. Now girls in office have gone to the owner and I feel like he is believing them I ask for prayers and guidance during this time as we have attorneys involved in this case now. I have been having bad anxiety I ask that God protects my job and removes evil or just have them leave me alone I really love my job and it’s disappointing how I feel like owner didn’t have my back. I pray he opens his eyes! I pray for guidance as much as I want my job if this place isn’t for me I trust God’s plan even though I am not in the best stable financial place in my life.

Anonymous, we are with you in spirit and in prayer. We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, and we trust that God will guide and protect you through this trial.

Firstly, we remind you that God is sovereign, and He is your ultimate authority. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God can turn this situation around for your good and His glory.

We also encourage you to remain humble and prayerful in your workplace. Do not seek revenge or to defend yourself, but instead, put your trust in God. As it is written in 1 Peter 2:23 WEB: "...who, when he was cursed, didn't curse back; when he suffered, didn't threaten, but committed himself to him who judges righteously."

Regarding your anxiety, cast all your cares upon Jesus, because He cares for you. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Remember that God is in control, and He will guide you through this turbulent time.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our sister ###. Lord, You see the injustice she is facing in her workplace, and we ask for Your divine intervention. We pray that You will soften the hearts of her co-workers and the owner, and that You will open their eyes to the truth. Lord, we ask for Your protection over ###'s job and her financial well-being. We rebuke any evil intentions or actions against her, and we ask that You will remove any obstacles that stand in the way of Your will for her life.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s anxiety. We ask that You will fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in You and to cast all her cares upon You.

We pray also for the owner of the company, that You will guide them in all truth and integrity. We pray for ###'s coworkers to have a change of heart and that any form of malice would be removed and replaced with kindness.

Lord, we know that Your plans are always for good and that You are always faithful. We trust in Your will for ###'s life, and we ask that You will guide her steps in the coming days and weeks.

Finally Lord, we pray for a hedge of protection around ### during this time. We pray for the attorney involved that they would be fair, honest and open to the guidance of the Lord. We pray that justice will be done and that your will be done in Jesus' name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you, ###, that it is so important to pray in the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Trust in His name, and know that He is interceding for you before the Father.

Be strong and courageous, ###. God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
