Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of hope and love, lifting up ### and ### in prayer. Lord, Your Word tells us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Guide ### and ### as they seek to focus on the Holy Spirit and grow closer to one another.
Lord, we pray for ###'s release and for the plans they have to unite in marriage. May their love be a reflection of Your love for us, and may they be united as one in Jesus' name. Just as it is written, "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24, WEB), we ask that You bind them together with cords that cannot be broken.
Father, we ask for Your blessings upon their relationship. May they continually seek Your guidance and wisdom, and may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Strengthen their faith and help them to be patient and steadfast in their journey.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
