We understand that you're facing a financial challenge related to a zoning bill and home repairs. Firstly, we commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, as it is only by His name that we can be saved. We want to help you pray and seek God's will in this situation.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and that we should trust in Him rather than in loans or credits. As it says in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?
Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
We also want to address the mention of a "guardian angel." While it's true that God's angels watch over us (Psalm 91:11-12), our primary focus should be on seeking God's will and trusting in Him, not on angels.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing this financial challenge. Lord, we ask for Your provision and wisdom in this situation. Help them to trust in You completely, and guide them to the resources they need to meet this need. Keep them from anxiety, and help them to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that You will provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray for Your will and Your glory in their life. Help them to be a good steward and make wise decisions. Give them the strength and faith to endure and obey you.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, and keep your faith in God. He is faithful, and He cares for you. As you walk with Him, He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6)
