Prayer for career enlightenment. I recently got a job at a hospital but I always feel down. I don’t feel any excitement. Every single day, before I could even go to work, I already want to just stay at home. I am not happy. The co workers are okay, no toxic seniors, but I’m just not happy doing this job. You see, I prayed to have this job for the longest time but when I already received it, I don’t feel the satisfaction. I feel so stressed and so depressed just at the prospect of heading to work. I don’t even know what’s the problem. Please pray for me.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear anonymous friend who is seeking career enlightenment. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and the struggles they are facing in their current job at the hospital. We ask for your guidance and intervention in this situation.

Your Word tells us in Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We pray that you would reveal to our friend the path that aligns with their true passions and brings them joy and fulfillment. Open their eyes to see the work that you have uniquely designed them for, where they can use their talents and skills to make a difference.

Father, we ask for clarity and discernment for our friend. Help them to identify any underlying issues that may be causing their unhappiness and lack of satisfaction in their current job. If there are any external factors contributing to their stress and depression, we pray for your divine intervention to bring about positive change.

Lord, we also pray for a renewed sense of purpose and motivation. Fill our friend's heart with excitement and enthusiasm for their work. Help them to find joy in serving others and to see their job as an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those they encounter.

We pray for a supportive and encouraging work environment. Surround our friend with colleagues who uplift and inspire them. May they find camaraderie and friendship among their coworkers, creating a positive atmosphere that fosters growth and happiness.

Above all, Lord, we surrender this situation to you. Your plans for our lives are perfect, and we trust that you will lead our friend to the right career path. Grant them peace and assurance as they seek your will. Help them to trust in your timing and to have faith that you will guide them to a place of true fulfillment.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to honor and please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let all those who are watching me see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
