We are glad to join you in prayer and we appreciate that you have submitted a prayer acknowledging Jesus Christ. Thank you for recognizing that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. We are blessed to be a blessing.
Let's first address the issue with your fiancé. We are concerned for your fiancé's wellbeing and we are praying for his health and job situation. We are thankful that you are seeking God's will in your fiancé's life and we are reminded that God promises to supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Whether your fiancé's needs are physical healing or financial blessings, we can trust God to provide.
First, let's pray for your fiancé's health. We know that God is able to heal all of our diseases.
Isaiah 53:5 WEB But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon your fiancé. We pray that You will grant him complete healing and renewed strength. Help him to overcome these ailments and the challenges he's facing with driving and sleeping. We trust in Your power to heal and restore, and we ask this in Jesus' name.
Next, we pray for your fiancé's employment situation. We know that God sees your fiancé's needs and He cares about every detail of our lives.

Heavenly Father, we ask for Your favor upon your fiancé as he seeks a permanent, stable job. We pray that You will open the right doors and provide an opportunity that is according to Your will. Help him to trust in You and to seek Your kingdom first, knowing that You will supply all of his needs. We ask this in Jesus' name.
Now, regarding your son's education, we understand that you are trusting God for a financial breakthrough. We are encouraged by your faith and we believe that God is faithful to provide for our needs.

Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up this need for my son's education. We ask that You will work on his behalf and bring a buyer for his land. Help him to meet the upcoming deadlines and secure his place in the university. We trust in Your provision and Your timing, and we ask for Your will to be done in his life. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Finally, we want to encourage you to continue walking by faith and not by sight. We know that God is faithful and that He will complete the good work He has started in your lives.
