We understand that you are seeking prayer for someone struggling with motivation to exercise and experiencing pain in their legs. We want to lift this person up to the Lord together, seeking His strength, encouragement, and healing.
Let us remember what the Apostle Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (WEB), "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
We should also recall that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we ought to honor God with our bodies, as stated in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB), "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this person who is struggling with motivation and experiencing pain. Lord, we ask that You would be their strength in this time of weakness. Help them to understand that their body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and that they can glorify You through their health journey. Please heal their legs, ease their pain, and give them the motivation and encouragement they need to exercise and improve their health. Lord, we also pray for their spiritual health, that they may know You more and draw closer to You through this journey. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage this person to meditate on God's Word and trust in His strength. It is through our weakness that God's power is made perfect. We also encourage them to seek medical advice for their physical pain and to trust that God is able to heal and strengthen them. Remind them that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
