Lizzymay, we are with you in prayer and we thank God for the gift of vision He has bestowed upon you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 119:18, "Open my eyes, so that I may see wondrous things out of your law." It is clear that our ability to see and perceive the world around us is a blessing from God, not just physically, but also spiritually.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lizzymay. We thank You for the gift of sight, for the ability to see the beauty of Your creation, and for the opportunity to see the needs of others and respond with kindness and love. Help Lizzymay to be continually thankful for this precious gift and to use her vision to glorify You and serve others.
Lord, as we are reminded in Romans 12:1, 'I beg you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service.' Help Lizzymay to dedicate her vision and all her abilities to You, using them for Your glory. Guide her to see opportunities to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those around her.
We also pray that Lizzymay may grow in her spiritual sight, that she may see Your hand in all things and discern Your will for her life. May she always be thankful for the blessings You bestow upon her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
