We are glad to see you mention the name of Jesus. The Bible tells us that there is power in the name of Jesus and that our prayers should be directed to God in Jesus' name. As it says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
However, we must address that the concept of a "higher self" is not biblical. As believers, we are not called to tune into our "higher self" but rather to align ourselves with the Holy Spirit who dwells within us. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore, glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Furthermore, while it is commendable to pray for our loved ones, there is no biblical basis for praying to or communicating with a "star family" or deceased loved ones, pastors, priests, or nuns. The Bible clearly teaches that we should pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus, as it says in Ephesians 5:20 WEB, "giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father."
When we pray, our focus should be on God's will and His kingdom. As it says in Matthew 6:9-13 WEB, "Pray like this: 'Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.'"
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer. We pray that they will be filled with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. Help them to walk worthy of You, Lord, to please You in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of Yourself. Strengthen them with all power, according to the might of Your glory for all endurance and patience with joy. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
We encourage you to study the scriptures and grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, being guided by the Holy Spirit. May the word of Christ dwell in you richly.
