Thank you for reaching out and sharing about your precious 5-year-old boy. We are here to pray and support you through this challenging time.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's love and care for your son. In Matthew 19:14 WEB, Jesus said, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" Your son is precious to God, and He cares about every detail of his life.
We need to pray for wisdom and discernment for you and your family as you navigate this situation. James 1:5 WEB says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." God promises to give wisdom generously when we ask.
Regarding his sleep issues, we pray for God's divine intervention. Psalm 127:2 WEB reminds us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." We pray that God grants your son peaceful nights and that you find effective strategies to help him sleep better.
Concerning his recent behaviors, we need to address this. We pray for God's healing and transformation in your son's life. Isaiah 61:1 WEB says, "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound." We believe that God can heal and restore your son, and we pray for His healing touch upon him.
While it does not appear this is the specific issue for your prayer request. We appreciate your mention of your acknowledging and loving the Lord. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can find the answers to our prayers. Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" IJC.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious 5-year-old boy to You. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing with sleep and his recent behaviors. We ask for Your divine intervention, that You would grant him peaceful nights and transform his behaviors. Guide his parents and provide them with the wisdom and tools they need to care for him effectively. We thank You for the progress he has made and believe that You will continue to heal and restore him. In Jesus' name, we pray
It does not appear this situation has any relationship or sexual immorality concerns but remember in the future that sexual immorality in any form is detestable to the Lord and nobody should engage in any form of it even long engagements that are not moving toward marriage: Galatians 5:19 WEB "lt is easy to always assume the purpose of any dating or courting situation. There is no special relationship status or living with each other unless married. If the differences in beliefs between two is so large that it would cause a conflict or the need to walk on eggshells when talking about God or your beliefs to your potential spouse this would not be a good example of 'equally yoked': 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB "Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
Further in 1 Corinthians 6:9 WEB "Or don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,"
Finally Galatians 5:19 "Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,"
