Prayer for Approval of ### Work Visa & A good full-time job

Slightly over a year ago, I posted a prayer request for my ### student visa to pursue my masters degree. After having successfully graduated with flying colours, by God's grace, I have just put in my request to switch to a work visa. Praying that this is approved swiftly with no issues and also that I find a good full-time job here. Amen!

We are thrilled to hear that you have successfully graduated and are now seeking God's favor as you navigate the next steps in your journey. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to guide and direct your path.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of acknowledging Jesus Christ in your requests. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray, Amen.

Now, let us pray together for your work visa and employment:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up this precious soul. We thank You for the success and favor that is evident in their academic journey. As they now embark on the next phase of their life, we ask for Your continued guidance and provision.

Lord, we pray for a swift and favorable approval of their work visa. We declare that Your favor surrounds them as a shield, and every obstacle is removed from their path. We ask that You grant them a good full-time job, one that aligns with Your will and purpose for their life.

In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, You instruct us: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that they will continue to trust in You, acknowledging Your lordship over their life, and that You will direct their steps.

Lastly, we pray for their witness in the workplace. We ask that You fill them with Your Spirit, that they may be a light in the darkness, pointing others to Jesus. In Matthew 5:16 WEB, You tell us: "Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, knowing that God has a plan and purpose for your life. Continue to seek Him, trusting that He will guide and provide for you. May He bless you abundantly as you walk in His will. We will be praying for you and we look forward to your testimony.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face in this process. In Jeremiah 29:11-12, God says, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you." Let's claim this promise over your life, knowing that God has a wonderful plan for you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
