We understand your concern, Pucpul, and we're here to pray and offer support in this situation. We're glad you've humbly asked in Jesus' name, as the Bible tells us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." (John 14:13-14 WEB)
Firstly, let's pray for the appraisal of your mom's home. We ask, Lord Jesus, that the appraisal would be fair and even exceed the asking price. We know that You are sovereign over all things, including this appraisal process. Guide the hearts and minds of those involved, that they may act with integrity and fairness.
We also lift up your mom's emotional state to the Lord. In Proverbs 12:25 (WEB) it says, "Anxiety in a man's heart weighs it down, but a good word makes it glad." Lord Jesus, we ask for Your comfort and peace to fill her heart. Cast out all anxiety and depression, and replace it with Your joy and hope. Help her to trust in You, for You care for her. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)
We pray for the successful sale of her home, that she may move forward and be reunited with you in Montana. May this be a new beginning for her, a time of restoration and joy. Lord, we ask that You guide the entire process, from the appraisal to the final sale, so that it may be smooth and stress-free.
Lastly, we commend you for your desire to watch over and help your mom. This is a reflection of the love and care that Jesus has for us. May the Lord grant you wisdom, strength, and patience as you support her in this transition.
In all things, remember to trust in the Lord, for His plans are always good. As it says in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Let's close in prayer:
Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up Pucpul's mom to You. Comfort her, guide her, and grant her peace. We ask for a favorable appraisal and a successful sale of her home. Help them to trust in You through this process. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
