We understand that you're going through a challenging time, Jessy, with anxiety, panic attacks, and fear. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's comfort and healing.
Firstly, we commend you for calling on the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we find hope and healing. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
In times of anxiety, remember that God cares for you. Peter encourages us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your cares on him, for he cares for you." Also, in Philippians 4:6-7, Paul exhorts us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up Jessy to you, asking for Your healing and comfort. Lord, You know the depths of Jessy's anxieties and fears. We claim Your promise in 2 Timothy 1:7, that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. Please heal Jessy of these panic attacks and fill them with Your perfect love, which casts out fear. Help Jessy to fix their thoughts on You and to trust in Your care. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Jessy, continue to hold onto God's promises and persevere in prayer. Know that you are not alone, for God is with you, and we, your brothers and sisters in Christ, are praying for you. Be encouraged by the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. I just said a prayer for you, friend, asking God to touch you with His healing hand, watch over you, and help you experience healing in mind and heart. Remember that He cares about every detail of your life and is able to work out everything good for you. May your confidence in His grace and goodness increase as you look to Him in faith. Peace to you. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this comforting thought from the psalmist: "I sought the Lord, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34: 4).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
