Cindicgb, we understand that you're grappling with anxiety and fear, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to the Word of God. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of anxiety and fear, it's crucial to remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Therefore, we can be confident that the fear you're experiencing is not from God, and we have the authority to rebuke it in Jesus' name.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus Christ Your son’s name, lifting up ### who is battling with anxiety and fear. We stand in agreement with them, rebuking the spirit of fear and anxiety, and commanding it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, please fill ### with Your Holy Spirit, with power, love, and a sound mind. Help them to fix their thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8 WEB). Guide them to trust in You with all their heart, and not to lean on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5 WEB). In Jesus Christ’s name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, to meditate on God's Word, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and peace to your heart. Remember that God is always with you, and He promises never to leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).
Whenever you feel anxious, declare God's promises over your life, and trust that He is faithful to see you through every situation. As believers in Jesus Christ, we have been given authority to trample on snakes and scorpions, and to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19 WEB).
Lastly, if there is any unconfessed sin in your life, confess it to God and ask Him for forgiveness. Additionally, if there is anyone that needs to be forgiven then do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God and the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Again we are together agreeing Lord Jesus learn to have the strength to love as You love us Lord. Thank you for your request and may the holy spirit grant you His peace and comfort and peace in Christ Jesus.
