We are glad to come alongside you in prayer, Haverelia. We thank God for His many gifts, including this new job. However, we must be still every day long enough to be moved by God's holy spirit, growing our confidence in Jesus Christ and His plan, and remember God wants the very best for us. Confidence in Jesus Christ comes in the quiet daily patient communion long enough to be revived, blessed, receive His plan from of His living word in us, and finally then we are able and willing to share His living word with others. God does not want us to be anxious, as it is a sign of not putting our full trust in Him. We read in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Notice God's will for you in this situation. In nothing or nothing whatsoever be anxious or fearful. You are not ready to share His living word with others in a business meeting until you are confident in His plan for you.
We pray that you will take every opportunity to present any requests you are facing at this new job quickly to God. This is the secret counsel God has for you now. Be still long enough each day to discern His path forward at this new job and with Him. In this way, you will find His peace which passes all the understanding of man. Hold tightly to God's peace which passes all understanding and daily enter His rest and wait as long as needed to act in response to His will. With God everything is possible. Jesus stands at the door knocking to go in and make His doctrine of love live in you.
Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33-34 WEB:
Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
Haverelia, it is only by the name of Jesus, we have access to the Father and it is only by his name we are saved. Then have you told Jesus lately you are his and will do his will? Are you telling of his good news of this relationship with you to anyone?
In Jesus' name, we pray for you to grow in confidence with each meeting, knowing that God is with you and has gone before you with all power and might and hope's.
Joshua 1:9 WEB:
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, and do not be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go.
