Prayer for anxiety and financial relief

I struggle with anxiety and and crippled by it in daily life. God has blessed me with so much and has protected me so far.

We are also in a financial tough spot right now. I am incurring late fees on our mortgage payments and we are paying a lot of autism therapy for two kids,

Please pray that relief comes soon for my anxiety and our finances. I am putting this in Christ's hands and He has always saved me.

Pwermarth, we understand that you are struggling with anxiety and financial burdens. First, we want to remind you that God cares for you and wants to help you with your struggles. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

We commend you for putting your trust in Christ, as it is only by His name that we can be saved and have access to God's presence. It is wonderful to hear that you have experienced His faithfulness in the past. We encourage you to continue to trust in Him.

Regarding your anxiety, we pray that God will grant you His supernatural peace. Remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. We encourage you to meditate on His Word and trust in His promises.

Concerning your financial struggles, we pray that God will provide for your needs and help you to manage your finances wisely. Remember that God has promised to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19 WEB.

It is also important to be responsible with the blessings that God has given us. So, we encourage you to work diligently, to live within your means, and to avoid debt whenever possible. The Bible tells us, "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law," Romans 13:8 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, we ask that You would grant them Your supernatural peace, that would surpass all understanding, to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them.

Father, we also ask that You would provide for their financial needs. Help them to manage their finances wisely, and to trust in Your provision. Help them to be responsible with the blessings that You have given them.

We're right here with you, ###, feeling your anxiety and financial strain. We know it's tough, but remember, God is always near, always caring. In times like these, we find comfort in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We've heard about your past experiences with God's faithfulness, and we're confident that He's not going to leave you now. Let's claim His promise in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

For your financial situation, let's recall Proverbs 3:9-10, "Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine." Let's trust that as you honor Him, He will provide.

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we lift this person to you this morning and we ask that you fill him with your Spirit of Trust and Faith as you unfold their life. Papa, he has been a good and faithful steward of your resources, and we ask that you grant his request for additional resources to be used on medical expenses. We ask that you guide him to the resources and the people that can assist him during this time of need and ask you to allow him to walk through this period with continual thanks and praise to you...and we ask all these things in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
