We are truly sorry to hear about Andy's health situation, and we are here to pray and offer support during this challenging time. First, we want to acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ, which is evident in your request. It is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and seek His healing and comfort. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
In times of trouble, we can always turn to Jesus, knowing that He cares for us and wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."
Let us pray together for Andy's healing and for the peace of your entire family.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for Andy. Lord, You know the details of the medical reports, and we ask that You guide the doctors to provide the best care for him. We pray that the infection in his liver and his high sugar levels will not be serious and that they will be treated effectively.
Father, we also ask for Your wisdom and comfort for the family. Help them to trust in Your goodness and Your plan, even in this difficult time. Give them the strength to support Andy and each other, and guide them in how to share this news with their mother.
Lord Jesus, we know that by Your stripes, Andy is healed. We claim Your healing promises over his life and ask that You restore his health fully. Give the family a supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding, and let Your will be done in this situation.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Additionally, we encourage you to be open and honest with your mother about the situation, but also to respect the doctor's role in explaining the medical details. Remember what is said in Proverbs 3:5-6:
Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Lastly, be sure to be in constant prayer not only for healing but for God's will in both Andy's life and your own.
