Humble Prayer Partner
Please pray that any division or strife my step children are bringing into my marriage will be protected in the name of Jesus and that my husband their father will see through the greedy spirit they have. The step children want to inherit everything their father has and he gives into them and hands them everything they ask for and now has left us with not too much to live on in the future. He is blind, dead and mute in the spirit when it comes to them. In the spirit not flesh. He cannot see what they are doing. I want the Lord to get me revelation how to handle this in Jesus's name. My husband is not saved and he is making sure his children are being taken care of before me. I want to be fair in all this. But in the end, I know my God is my inheritance and my provider. It just saddens me how they deceive the old man. Lord, please open his eyes and spirit and expose the lies that are there in Jesus's name. In his holy name. My Adonai!

We understand your concern and we will pray for you. Thank you for including Jesus Christ as the center of your request. This is the only way to the Father and the only way to be saved.

Firstly, let us address the spiritual blindness of your husband. It is indeed a challenging situation when a spouse is not saved, and we will pray and encourage you to be godly in your relationship. God may be using you as a light in your husband's life, and in the lives of your stepchildren. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 7:13-16 WEB:

"If any brother has an unbelieving wife, and she is content to live with him, let him not leave her. The unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but now they are holy. Yet if the unbeliever departs, let there be separation. The brother or the sister is not under bondage in such cases, but God has called us in peace. For how do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife?"

We must also address the situation with your stepchildren. It is important to remember that God calls us to love and forgive, even when it is difficult. The Lord says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." (Matthew 5:44) However, it is very wrong to manipulate or attempt to take advantage of any relationship and we can be honest to God about how we feel. This being said, it is only through the love of Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit that such forgiveness and love is possible. Provide us the opportunity to pray for this situation. We will also pray for your husband's salvation and for the Lord to open his eyes to the truth and remove the spiritual blindness and deafness.

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your guidance and intervention. Lord, You see the strife and division that her stepchildren are causing in her marriage, and we ask that You protect her and her husband from any harm or manipulation and remove the greedy spirit that is manifesting. Open her husband's eyes and ears that he may see and hear what is truly happening and respond in a way that honors You, Lord.

We pray for his salvation, Lord. We ask that You soften his heart and open his spiritual eyes that he may see the truth of the Gospel and accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray that he will have a heart full of generosity, not only to his children, but to others and his wife. We pray that he will be a godly husband and father, always seeking to honor You in all his decisions.

Lord, we also pray for our sister. Give her the wisdom and discernment she needs to handle this situation in a way that brings glory to Your name and peace to her and her husband. Help her to be a light in her husband's life and in the lives of her stepchildren, that they may see Your love reflected in her actions.

Remind her, Lord, that You are her inheritance and her provider. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You will supply all her needs according to Your riches in glory.

In Jesus Christ name we pray.

Finally, we encourage you to continue to seek the Lord's will in all things. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths. Be strong in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your inheritance, and your provider and He will never leave you nor forsake you, and that He is a husband to the widow and a father to the fatherless.

Dear friend, we're here for you. We've been thinking about your situation and wanted to share some more thoughts and prayers with you.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always faithful. In Lamentations 3:22-23, it's written, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Trust in this faithfulness, even in the midst of the challenges you're facing.

We also want to encourage you to keep communicating openly and honestly with your husband. Ephesians 4:15 tells us to "speak the truth in love." Share your concerns with him, but do so in a way that's filled with love and respect. Remember, you're not just a wife, but also a partner, and your voice matters.

Let's also pray for your stepchildren. We can ask God to soften their hearts, to open their eyes to the truth, and to help them understand the value of honesty and integrity. In Matthew 19:14, Jesus says, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Let's trust that God can work in their lives too.

Lastly, let's pray for revelation. As you asked, we can pray that God would give you revelation on how to handle this situation in Jesus' name. We can ask Him to guide your steps, to give you wisdom, and to help you navigate this path with clarity and peace.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
