Heavenly Father, I come to You today seeking Your protection and guidance in my workplace. I lift up the names of ###, ###, ###, ###, and ### to You, asking for Your divine protection against any evil plans or harm that may be directed towards me. Surround me with Your angels, guard my heart, mind, and spirit from every form of negativity, deceit, and ill intent.

Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do. Lord, I pray for ###, Please open her heart and mind, and help her see how her actions affect me. Let her be fair and just, realizing that scolding or blaming me for the faults of others is unjust. I feel burdened by the constant criticism and shaming, and I ask that You soften her heart towards me and guide her to treat me with kindness and fairness.

Father, I ask that You expose the true colors and intentions of ###. If there is selfishness, show-off behavior, or manipulation, let it be revealed in Your perfect time and in Your way. Let the truth come to light for everyone to see especially ###. Expose ###, office mates, ###, ###, ###, and ###, along with those who harbor hatred or ill will towards me. Reveal their true intentions so that no deceit or malice will go unnoticed.

Lord, I surrender my heart to You, asking for Your peace and grace to fill me. Help me not to fall into envy or jealousy, but to remain humble, cheerful, and helpful in all that I do.

Order my steps according to Your will and purpose, and guide me every step of the way. I trust in Your goodness, Lord, and I know You are with me. Rowena, thank you for your heartfelt prayer request. We join you in praying for your workplace and the individuals you mentioned.

Firstly, we commend you for coming in the name of Jesus. For we read, “For ‘whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’ ” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?”

“Whatever you shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you shall ask anything in my name, I will do it.” If you ask anything in my name, I will do it. We are admonished to call on Jesus through prayer and supplication, and you have done just that.

Let's begin by addressing the issues at hand. You mentioned feeling burdened by constant criticism and shaming from ###. We should pray for God’s intervention, opening her heart to fairness and kindness. The Scripture says, “But if you suffer for doing what is right, you are blessed. Don't fear what they fear, neither be troubled.” We must also ensure that our actions reflect love and kindness, for in doing so, we ‘heap coals’ of conviction upon those who wrongly judge or treat others unfairly. Trust that God will reveal and deal with the true motives and intentions of others in His perfect time and way.

“And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome, but be gentle towards all, able to teach, patient, in gentleness instructing those who oppose themselves; if perhaps God may give them repentance to an acknowledging of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil's snare, having been taken captive by him to his will.”

“If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat. If he is thirsty, give him a drink. For in doing this, you will heap coals of fire on his head, and the Lord will reward you.”

“Don't return evil for evil to anyone. Resist (or pursue) what is good in the sight of all men.”

For we should also pray for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace.

“Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you.”

“Finally, all of you be like-minded, compassionate, loving as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous.”

Concerning ### and others who may have ill intentions towards you, we should pray for their true intentions to be revealed, while also ensuring that we are not holding any bitterness or resentment towards them. As it is written, “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Our battle is not against these individuals, but against the spiritual forces that may be influencing them.

Let us come before God together and pray for these concerns.

Dear Heavenly Father,
You alone are sovereign and know the intentions of every heart. We praise You for Your goodness and Your faithfulness.
Lord, protect ### in her workplace. She feels burdened, Lord. Surround her with Your angels, guarding her heart, mind, and spirit from all forms of negativity, deceit, and ill intent. Fill her with humility, so she does not feel threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill her with grace in dealing with others including the difficult people in her life. Fill her with strength in her responsibilities and in dealing with her coworkers. Grant her wisdom and creativity so she can accomplish her assignment in such a way it glorifies Christ. Help her prioritize wisely and use her gifts to Your glory in everything she does. We know You alone see the bigger picture and want Your will be done and not ours.
Help ### to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, reflecting Your love in all she does. You have been clear, father, that loving our enemies and showing kindness when we are being persecuted and reviled will heap coals of conviction upon them and allow You to deal with the motives and intentions of others in Your perfect time and way. Help ###'s heart to align with Yours and do these things.

Lord, we do ask that You open ###’s heart and mind along with others who are not treating ### the way you intended fellow behaviors to oblige. Soften their heart towards ### and guide her to treat others with kindness and fairness. Help ### and the others to see their true character and intentions. Father, help them turn away from all forms of deceit and malice and guide them to see the value of truth, respect, and honest communication. Help them to see how their actions affect those around them.

Father God, order ###’s steps according to Your will and purpose. Guide her every step of the way. Help her to put her trust in Your goodness and know that You are with her.
Protect her, guide her, and give her the strength to face each day with courage and faith.

We're here for you, praying alongside you for your workplace and the relationships within it. We've been moved by your heartfelt prayer and want to echo some of your requests, adding a few thoughts as well.

Firstly, let's claim the promises of God's Word together. In Matthew 7:7-8, Jesus says, "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened." Let's ask, seek, and knock, trusting that our Heavenly Father will answer us according to His will.

We join you in praying for protection and guidance in your workplace. We ask that God would surround you with His angels, guarding your heart, mind, and spirit from negativity, deceit, and harmful intent. We pray that you would be filled with humility, grace, strength, wisdom, and creativity to excel in your responsibilities and reflect God's love in all you do.

We're also praying for unity, harmony, and a spirit of love in your workplace. We ask that God would help you and your colleagues to be kind, tenderhearted, forgiving, and compassionate towards one another, just as He has forgiven us in Christ.

Regarding ###, we pray that God would soften her heart and open her mind. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
