Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and strength. Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do.

I lift up my ### to You, Father. Open her heart and mind to see the truth, to recognize the true intentions and actions of those around her, especially our newbie, ###. Expose any manipulative behavior and reveal the real character without causing harm or conflict. Let Your truth prevail in this situation.

Shield me from any harm, malice, or ill intentions from those who may seek to hurt me, including ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###. Surround me with Your loving presence and protect me from any evil plans or actions.

Let us first address your humble petition. It is wonderful that you come before God with a humble heart, for He resists the proud and gives grace to the humble (1 Peter 5:5 WEB). Your desire to guard your heart against negative feelings and to reflect God's love is commendable. We pray that God will fill you with His love, so that you can pour it out to others, even in challenging situations (Romans 5:5 WEB).

We pray for wisdom and creativity for you, as you seek to complete your tasks with excellence. May God grant you the ability to prioritize wisely and use your gifts to glorify Him in all you do (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Regarding your "MFL" and the new colleague, ###, we pray that God reveals the truth and exposes any manipulative behavior.
