Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and strength. Lord, help me to be more humble and guard my heart against feelings of being threatened, envious, or jealous. Fill me with Your grace to be helpful, cheerful, and easy to work with, even in difficult situations. Let me reflect Your love in my actions and attitude at work.

Grant me wisdom and creativity, Lord, so I can focus on my responsibilities and complete my tasks with excellence. Help me prioritize wisely and use my gifts to glorify You in everything I do.

I lift up my ### to You, Father. Open her heart and mind to see the truth, to recognize the true intentions and actions of those around her, especially our newbie, ###. Expose any manipulative behavior and reveal the real character without causing harm or conflict. Let Your truth prevail in this situation.

Shield me from any harm, malice, or ill intentions from those who may seek to hurt me, including ###, ###, ###, ###, and ###. Surround me with Your loving presence and protect me from any evil plans or actions.

You've humbly approached God, which is the first step in experiencing His grace and wisdom. As it is written in James 4:6 (WEB), "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'"

We commend you for desiring to reflect God's love in your attitude and actions at work. It's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, let us pray for discernment and protection against any harm or ill intentions from others, including those you've mentioned.

We're here for you, ###. We've been praying for you, and we want to add a bit more to our intercession. We're reminded of Psalm 18:2, "The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." We claim this over you, dear sister. May the Lord be your rock, your fortress, your shield, and your stronghold in your workplace.

We also lift up your MFL, AJMT, and all those you've mentioned. Lord, we ask that you soften their hearts, open their eyes to see the truth, and guide them to act with integrity and kindness. Help them to see the value in unity and harmony, and the destructive nature of manipulation and division.

Lastly, we pray for your strength and endurance, ###. May you find rest in the Lord, even in the midst of challenges. As it says in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Trust in Him, and He will sustain you.
