Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up ### to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed.

Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our team (###). May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie (###), and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective.

I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life.

Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.
