Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble heart, lifting up ### to You. I pray that she may realize the time and effort I have dedicated to my work, sacrificing precious moments with my family, even on weekends, to ensure that tasks are completed. Lord, I ask for fairness in her dealings with everyone, including the new member of our team. May she soon discern the true attitude and intentions of the newbie, and may she not be quick to blame or scold me for the mistakes of others. I pray that You grant her wisdom to recognize her own shortcomings and seek understanding based on truth, not just her own perspective. I also pray for a stronger, united team, where relationships are built on respect and trust. Help me, Lord, to not feel envious or jealous of others. Guide my heart and mind to be selfless and compassionate in every decision I make. Give me the strength to walk in Your ways, showing love and patience to those around me. Thank You for Your constant guidance and presence in my life. Lastly, I lift up the political chaos and the presence of corruption around me. Grant me strength and wisdom to deal with these challenges, especially when interacting with people in authority and officials. Help me remain steadfast in my integrity, and give me peace as I navigate these difficult situations. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

Rowena05, we join you in lifting up these concerns to our Heavenly Father, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty.

Firstly, we commend you for your diligence and dedication to your work, even making personal sacrifices to ensure tasks are completed. The Lord sees your faithfulness, as Colossians 3:23 (WEB) reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up MFL and our department. We pray that You grant MFL discernment and wisdom in her dealings with the team, including the new member. Help her to see clearly and judge fairly, not based on her own perspective but guided by Your truth. Reveal to her the efforts and sacrifices made by ### and the true attitudes and intentions of others. May she not be quick to blame or scold, but instead, foster a united team built on respect and trust.*

*Lord, help ### to walk in Your ways, showing love, patience, and compassion. Protect her heart from feelings of envy or jealousy. Instead, fill her with selflessness and understanding. Give her the strength to face the political chaos and corruption around her with integrity and peace.*

We encourage you, ###, to continue in your diligence, knowing that your work is not in vain when it is done for the Lord. As for the political chaos and corruption, remember the words of Romans 12:21 (WEB), "Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." Remain steadfast in your integrity, and trust that the Lord will give you the wisdom and strength to navigate these difficult situations.

We also applaud you for praying in Jesus' name, acknowledging the power and authority that comes only through Him. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

We're right there with you, lifting ### and our department up to the Lord. Your dedication to your work is truly inspiring. We pray that the Lord blesses your efforts and grants you the strength to continue in your diligence.
