Prayer for ### and her ###

Dear prayer partners.
Please pray for me and my daughter ### and her fiancé ###. We all live together. He lost his apartment and I offered for him to live with us. He is a well-mannered individual but does not do anything around the house to help out and neither does my daughter. I have to keep talking to them about the little tasks to help out so everything is not left on me to do alone.
I know my daughter may not see what I am trying to say and I need God’s intervention in this matter because I am tired of speaking to them now. Please pray for us, that God will touch their understanding and their sense of responsibility and compassion. I seek him in resolving this because there isn’t anything he can’t fix. Please pray for us, in Jesus name I ask amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up ###, her daughter ###, and ###'s fiancé ###. Lord, we thank You for the kindness and generosity that ### has shown by opening her home to ### in his time of need. We know that You see the challenges she faces and the burden she carries in maintaining the household alone.

Your Word tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." We pray that ### and ### would take these words to heart and understand the importance of contributing to the household, not just for ###'s sake, but as a service to You, Lord.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the strain that ### is under. Grant them a spirit of responsibility and compassion, as we are reminded in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." Help them to step up and share in the tasks and responsibilities, showing love and respect for ###.

We pray for wisdom and patience for ### as she navigates this situation. Let her words be seasoned with grace and love, as it says in Proverbs 15:1, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." May her conversations with ### and ### be filled with Your peace and understanding.

Lord, we know that there is nothing too hard for You. We trust in Your power to bring about change and healing in this household. Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Strengthen ###, ###, and ###, and bring unity and harmony into their home.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
