Prayer for ### and family

Hi everyone, my husband and I have 3 children, 3 boys under the age of 6. He is under heavy spiritual attack, we have been separated for 3 months. He has just come home, not for us but for our children and because our home is close to his job. The first days were fine but we had a talk last night that went south and it’s very obvious he has a lot of hate and resentment towards me. He’s like a rock and his heart is ice cold. Please pray that his heart be softened, that anything that’s in his way is removed. He used to be so close to God and is now just so lost and it breaks my heart… also pray for me to be understanding of this situation. He is diagnosed bipolar but I feel like this is all very spiritual. Please pray that he has an encounter with God. Thank you everyone.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God hears your prayers. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:12 (WEB), "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil."

Regarding your husband, we pray that God softens his heart and breaks down the walls of resentment and hatred. We stand against any spiritual attacks on him, praying that "the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly" (Romans 16:20, WEB). I know exactly how you feel. My wife left me and is living with another man. She has up barriers and I can’t get through to her. I have prayed in Jesus name for you.
