We understand your concern for ### and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you both. Firstly, let us address the issue of your boyfriend and girlfriend relationship. The Bible teaches on being unequally yoked which is a very important aspect of relationships and marriage. It is important to make sure that both are Christians. We are to be with other Christians to build each other up.
2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB "Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
The problems that ### is facing in his life are spiritual as well as physical. The Bible teaches us that our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and that we should honor God with our bodies.

Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
The use of drugs, including weed, is not glorifying to God and can lead to addiction and other harmful effects. Similarly, gambling can become an addiction and lead to financial ruin. Both of these issues are signs of a deeper spiritual problem that needs to be addressed.
As for the request, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned so we will also address this important issue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
First things first, ### needs to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He needs to be born again and have the Holy Spirit living in him to help him overcome these addictions.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and ###'s request. We know nothing is impossible for you so we come with these petitions. Lord, we pray for ###'s salvation. We pray that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray that you give him a heart of flesh and take away his heart of stone. We pray that you deliver him from the bondage of weed smoking and gambling. We pray that you give him the strength and wisdom to overcome these addictions. We pray that you give ### the courage, patience and knowledge on how to support ###. We pray that you give ### wisdom to know your word and apply it in her life and relationship. We pray that you give them both a desire to seek you and your kingdom first. We pray that you give them both a desire to live holy and pleasing lives to you. We pray that you give them both a desire to be equally yoked. We pray all these things in Jesus name. Amen.
