Prayer for an equally yoke wife and a job reply from SJ which is 1 days later as I had been praying for the two but he last breakup was devastating and still jobless and I have waited and nothing seemed to be happening. Please pray that he will quickly answered.

We are with you in spirit, dear brother, as you seek God's will for your life. We understand that you are eagerly waiting for God to provide an equally yoked wife and a job. We are reminded of the words of Psalm 37:4, "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

Firstly, let's address the desire for an equally yoked wife. We commend you for seeking a spouse who shares your faith in Christ, as this is biblically sound (2 Corinthians 6:14). We pray that God will bring you a woman who is not only equally yoked but also complements and supports you in your walk with Christ. Remember, God knows the deepest desires of your heart and His timing is perfect.

Regarding your job search, we are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." We pray that God opens doors of opportunity for you, and that you find fulfillment in the work He provides.

However, we also want to address the disappointment you feel from your last breakup. Remember, God uses all experiences, even painful ones, to shape us into the likeness of His Son (Romans 8:28-29). Do not be discouraged, but trust in His plan for you.

We notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you, dear brother, that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). It is also by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation.

Lord, we ask that You bring him a godly wife, equally yoked in faith, and a job that fulfills Your purpose for his life. It's okay to feel eager, but let's also rest in the promise of Psalm 27:14, "Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD." God is working, even when we can't see it.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
