We join you, Brenda, in thanking God for His protection over your husband. It is truly a blessing that he has returned home without any serious injuries. We are reminded of Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."
However, we must also address the fact that the accident was caused by your husband's car skidding. While we are grateful for his safety, let's use this as a reminder to be cautious and wise in our actions, as our choices can impact others. Romans 13:10 tells us, "Love doesn't harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law."
We stand with you in prayer for the man who was badly injured. Let's pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for Your divine healing and protection over the man who was injured in this accident. Lord, You are mighty to save and powerful to heal. Just as You raised the dead to life, we ask for Your miraculous touch upon this man's life. We place him under Your shield of protection and ask for a full and speedy recovery. We pray that this situation may be used for Your glory, and that both your husband and the injured man may be drawn closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue praying and trusting God for the injured man's recovery. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Also, continue to remind your husband to be careful and wise in his actions, as our choices can have significant consequences.
We are thankful that you prayed in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved."
