Disciple of Prayer
I'm asking for prayer to have my grade switched from a failure/ non passing to a withdrawal grade by this Friday. I would like another opportunity to retake my courses in Nursing core and past all of them from now on. this past term has been very difficult for my family and I as we navigate through my husband's combat ptsd, his emotional, behavioral and mental state has been stressful on the family as well as for me trying to focus on my homework and exams. I'm praying the School at West Coast University will approval my letter and give me another chance to prove to them that I can overcome family struggles and do well in my courses. Thank you. In Jesus Name, Amen.

We understand your desire for academic grace, Guyen, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will for your situation.

Firstly, we want to commend you for mentioning the name of Jesus in your request. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

In times of trouble, God promises us His peace and guidance. Isaiah 26:3 (WEB) says, "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you." As you navigate through your husband's combat PTSD and its effects on your family, we encourage you to lean on God for strength and peace of mind.

Regarding your academic struggles, we want to remind you that God values effort and perseverance. Colossians 3:23 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men." We encourage you to continue striving for excellence in your studies, putting your best effort forward.

However, we must also address the request to have your grade changed. While we empathize with your situation, we must remember that integrity and honesty are key biblical principles. Proverbs 10:9 (WEB) says, "He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." We encourage you to accept the consequences of your academic performance and seek help and support to improve in the future. You can always approach your university with honesty and humility, explaining your situation and seeking their advice and support.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Guyen and her family. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and peace to fill their hearts as they navigate through these challenging times. Grant them wisdom and strength to support each other and grow stronger in You.

Lord, we also ask for Your guidance in Guyen's academic journey. Help her to stay focused and diligent in her studies, and give her the courage to approach her university with honesty and humility. We pray that the school administration will be understanding and provide the support she needs to succeed.

In all things, may Guyen and her family continue to trust in You and seek Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, Guyen. We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're standing with you in prayer. We know that this past term has been tough, with your husband's combat PTSD taking a toll on your family. But remember, God is always there for you, even in the most challenging times. He promises in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you."

We encourage you to keep pressing on in your studies, giving it your best effort. As it's written in Ecclesiastes 9:10, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." And remember, it's okay to ask for help. Your university wants to see you succeed, so don't hesitate to reach out to them.

We're praying for you, Guyen. We ask God to give you peace and strength to navigate through these challenges. We pray that He will grant you wisdom and understanding in your studies, and that He will guide your steps as you approach your university. We trust that God will work everything out for your good, according to His purpose.

Keep your chin up, Guyen. You're not alone in this. We're here for you, and so is God. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
