Prayer for a ###.

I need warriors to pray that ### can change his heart. His heart has turned to stone. He is being deceived by the devil. I love him and wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. We met ### years ago in high school. A year ago got back in touch with each other only to break up ### months ago. I need prayers because I'm having a hard time with why did God put us in touch only to be hurt? Why? Wouldn't it have been better not to have found each other after all these years? So hurt, confused, and scared for my friend and how I am feeling. I know God can do all things and if I never see my friend again I can at least have peace that God helped him. He is worth it.

Regarding your question about God's purpose in reconnecting you, remember that "All things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." (Romans 8:28). Sometimes, God brings people into our lives for reasons other than what we expect, and it's essential to trust His wisdom.

However, we must also be cautious of the enemy's deceptions. "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5:8). It's possible that the enemy is using this situation to cause confusion and hurt.

Let's pray for your ex-boyfriend, that God may soften his heart and reveal His truth to him. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." (John 3:16). Remember, it's only through belief in Jesus Christ that we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and her ex-boyfriend to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You soften his heart, remove the stony parts, and reveal Your truth to him. We pray that both of them will find peace and direction in Your will.

Lord Jesus, we trust that You have a purpose in reconnecting them, and we ask for discernment and understanding for ###. Help her to see this situation through Your perspective and guide her steps according to Your will.

We rebuke any schemes of the enemy to cause confusion, hurt, or deception. In the name of Jesus, we command the enemy to flee from their lives.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in You, and in the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
