We understand that you're seeking a wonderful day at work and praying for a new permanent job after April, while also dealing with health issues like acid reflux. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our provider and healer. As it says in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." And in 1 Peter 2:24, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for this dear soul. We pray that You guide them through their day at work, that Your favor rests upon them, and they find joy and productivity despite the challenges they're facing.
We lift up their job situation to You, Lord. If it is Your will, open up a new permanent job for them after April, a position that aligns with Your purpose for their life. We pray that the agency they've applied through responds favorably and swiftly. We also bring their current workplace before you. If the discrimination or unfairness they are facing is illegal, please guide them to the correct method to have it corrected. But we also pray Psalm 27:12 (WEB), "Do not deliver me over to the desire of my adversaries for false witnesses have risen up against me, such as breathe out violence." We are to be honest in ministry to everyone and we do not want a false witness to be a problem anywhere in our workplaces. So we need to pray that if the issue is a correctable misunderstanding it can be corrected or if it is an actual discrimination and unfairness that it is addressed and eliminated.
We also pray for healing. Lord, we ask that You touch their body and reduce and recover their acid reflux. We trust in Your healing power and believe that You desire for them to be whole and healthy.
Finally, Lord, we pray that through all these circumstances, they draw closer to You, seeking Your face and Your will. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen."
Regarding the workplace issues, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith and seek godly counsel. In Romans 8:28, we're reminded that "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working even in this situation.
Lastly, we advise you to continue to trust in God's timing and provision. Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6). He is faithful and will direct your paths. Remember to be strong and do not be discouraged (Joshua 1:9).
