We understand that you're seeking prayer for a new apartment next to your current home, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our housing needs. As it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." However, it's crucial to align our desires with God's will and to trust His timing and ways.
Regarding the housing officer, we must remember that God is sovereign over all people and situations. As it is written Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,". Instead of focusing on the sabotage, let's pray for this person and the situation, trusting that God can turn hearts and change circumstances.

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their housing need. Lord, You know the desire of their hearts for the newly built property next to their current home. We ask that if it is Your will, You would open the doors and make a way for them to secure this apartment.
We pray against any sabotage or unfair conduct, and we ask that You would soften the heart of the housing officer. We bless her in the name of Jesus, and we ask that Your will be done in this situation.
Lord, we trust that You have the best plan for this family. If this apartment is not Your will, we ask that You would provide something even better, exceedingly abundantly above all that they ask or think, according to the power that works in them.
In the meantime, we pray that this family would fix their hope completely on the grace that is to be brought to them at the revelation of Jesus Christ and trust in Your perfect timing and ways.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only in His name that we can approach you and it is only by His name that we can be saved. As it is written in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue seeking God's face and trusting in His faithfulness. Remember Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working everything out for your good and His glory. We have not been told by you your belief in Jesus Christ. We encourage you to affirm your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is only by Him that we can approach God.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
