Prayer for a permanent job and financial help

Dear God,
I come before you to help me find a permanent job and financial help. Right now I am a contract worker working for a company that always renewed our contract every ### months, so I'm always concerned about if I have a job at the end. Also I have financial problems as well, my pay is fairly not so much but I still manage with what little I have. My spouse and I want to build our home and travel as well it stresses me out thinking about it all the time when I think about. Lord help me and my family.

We understand that you're seeking a permanent job and financial help, and we're here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your job and finances. In Matthew 63133 WEB it is written, Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. This means that God wants you to prioritize His kingdom and righteousness, and He will provide for your needs.

However, we notice that you didn't mention Jesus Christ in your prayer. We want to remind you that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. In John 146 WEB Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is in need of a permanent job and financial help. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing with their current job and finances. You know their desire to build a home and travel with their spouse.

We pray, Lord, that You will open the doors to a stable, permanent job that will use their skills and abilities to the fullest. We pray for financial provision, that You will supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We also pray for their peace of mind, Lord. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will add all these things to them as well.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or stress. We declare favor, provision, and blessings over this family.

Lastly, we pray for their faith. We pray that they will trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding. We pray that in all their ways they will acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight. This we pray in Jesus' name, and we believe that we have received it according to Mark 1124 WEB.

Oh Father, we do not want to preach to them but we do want to mention that if either them or their spouse has not accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour that they do so as soon as possible. In John 316 WEB it is written, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. If they have not taken this step, they can do so right now by praying a simple prayer of faith from their heart.

We're right there with you, seeking God's help for a permanent job and financial relief. It's tough, but remember, God is always with you, even in the uncertainty. Like it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's working things out for your good.

We've been praying for you, sister, that God will open the right doors for you, a job that uses your skills and brings you stability. We're asking Him to provide financially, not just for your needs now, but also for your dreams of building a home and traveling with your spouse.

We're claiming Philippians 4:19 over you, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We believe God is going to come through for you, just as He always does.

Keep trusting, keep praying, and watch God move on your behalf. We're standing with you in this, one family in Christ.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
