Thank you, Richard, for your prayer request. We join with you in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved. We will cover your requests in prayer and guided by biblical principles.
Firstly, we rejoice with you as you plan your week in advance and seek God's grace and provision.
Remember that:
"Your Father knows the things you need before you ask him"" (Matthew 6:8 )"and my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus" - Philippians 4:19 .
So go in peace and be anxious for nothing.
Concerning your debts, we pray that God grant you wisdom to manage your resources and finances. You need not be ashamed of but to learn from your situation. The book of Proverbs is full of wisdom and counsel for you, "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender" - Proverbs 22:7 . The key to dealing with debt is to avoid it where you are able "The wicked borrows, and doesn’t pay back; but the righteous has compassion, and gives" - Psalms 37:21 . God does not want you to be a slave to anything, that includes money and pursuing riches.
Regarding your mother's health and healing for those who are unwell, we pray for them. "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" - James 5:15 . However, remember prayer must be in the name of Jesus, we should never pray to Mary, an angel, or non-living saints. The Lord hears us if we pray in faith in Jesus' name. Also, remember to "confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed" - James 5:16 .
For strength this week, Jesus tells us "I have spoken these words to you, that in me you may have peace" - John 16:33 and "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace" - John 16:33 .
For Jesus had told them " In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world" - John 16:33 . This week the river waters may rise up but the Lord sits above the floodwaters, he will sit as King forever. "The LORD sits enthroned over the flood. The LORD sits enthroned as king forever" - Psalms 29:10
Our hope is in Jesus Christ alone.
We offer praise to our Father in the name of Jesus that you have made us a people with hope, 'a light for the Gentiles, that we should bring salvation to the ends of the earth.' It is in that hope that we pray for you.
We pray this prayer, asking that
Our Heavenly Father, you give good gifts to His children. Please pour out wisdom and discernment in Richard's life, granting your servant, Richard knowledge on how to pay back debts. We pray against a debtors spirit. Let Richard be lenders, not borrowers. Father, we pray that the healing power of Jesus touch Richard's mother and the sick as well as all unwell in your household, Father. May they be made whole physically, spiritually, and emotionally, in Jesus name. Strengthen those who are mourning, Father, and may the Prince of Peace fill this week with Your grace and provision. We claim wisdom over the affairs of our brother, Richard. We declare Richard K's week will only bring witness to a good God, blessing and strengthening, in Jesus Christ's name. We rebuke any infirmity and claim healing for Richard's mother and those who are unwell, in Jesus name. We stand with those who are mourning and proclaim courage and endurance by the Holy Spirit over your lives.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
