We are glad that you have reached out with your prayer request, seeking a new life and forgiveness. Firstly, we would like to address an important aspect of your prayer. You have ended it with in heaven's name instead of specifically using the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to understand that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in the WEB, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we can be forgiven of our sins, saved and have access to God.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this individual who seeks Your forgiveness and a new life. Lord, they have acknowledged their sins and the pain they have caused others. We ask that You forgive them, cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and grant them the second chance they desire.

Guide them, Lord, as they seek to grow and learn Your ways. Protect them from the bondage of chemicals and grant them a renewed mind and body. Watch over their family, Lord, and keep them safe. Draw this individual close to You, and give them the strength and wisdom to walk in Your ways.

We pray for this person, starting today, to have a new life free from the bondage of their past. We ask Jesus, that You give them the strength needed to live for God and always put Him first in their lives.

It is written in the WEB, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. If you have not yet confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we strongly encourage you to do so. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life.
