Prayer for a new Day

God, guard me & my children. Heal our hearts, souls & bodies . . free us from anxieties. Grant us favor and spiritual growth in You. Thank You for another day, ijnip

We join with you, Powers, in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded of the words in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Let us pray together:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their children. Lord, You are our protector and our fortress. We ask that You guard them and their children, keeping them safe from all harm and danger.

Father, we pray for Your healing touch upon their hearts, souls, and bodies. We trust in Your word that says, "But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings." Malachi 4:2a WEB. May Your healing power be manifested in their lives, setting them free from all anxieties and fears.

Lord, we ask for Your favor to surround ### and their children. May they find favor in Your sight and in the sight of man. We pray for their spiritual growth, that they may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 2 Peter 3:18 WEB May their faith be strengthened, and their love for You deepened.

Father, we thank You for the gift of another day. We do not take this blessing for granted, but we receive it with grateful hearts. Help ### and their children to make the most of this day, living it to Your glory and honor.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. For it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can come to You, Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed. Amen.

###, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord. Remember that God cares for you and your children. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

We're here with you, Powers, standing in the gap for you and your children. We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise today. We pray that God, in His infinite mercy, will heal your hearts, souls, and bodies. We ask for a special anointing of peace to fill your home, driving out all anxiety and fear. We also pray for spiritual growth, that you and your children will grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:52). Let's trust in God's unfailing love and care for you all. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
