Prayer for a mother; prayer for a family

Can you please ask members of the Group to pray for my mom's fast recovery from whatever she's having now? Her name is Felicidad “Fely” Hora Abrina.

She's been having backpains and other painful health issues since last month. We are afraid her cervical cancer might have relapsed after almost five years of her being fairly well. She is yet to undergo another series of intensive exams (hopefully after holy week she can be examined) but we are hoping everything will be fine. She's been through a lot since her first series of treatment a few years ago so I pray that none of the pains she encountered will hurt her again.

Please also pray for my father's strength. He is old enough and doesn't deserve ordeals like this.

I am not really good and praying and I have stopped going to church a few years now. I need help with our problem. I admit, no matter what I believed, the last and only true resort is Him so I am bringing my family to all those who can pray for us.

My family and I would be deeply grateful for the prayers to come.

Lord, thankyou for the acknowledgment that James gives to you. Your children always come back to you, seeking your will. I pray you will reveal that to this family. I pray, Lord, that you will lay your hands upon "Fely" and bring her to a full recovery. Infuse her with health and the energy of Christ. Fix whatever is broken. We come to you in faith and in trust, because you are the one & only true healer. Give the doctors every bit of knowledge they need to do their part, while you perform your blessings on Fely. Stop any trace of caner in its tracks so that it cannot grow or flourish or hurt her body. I pray you will wrap each of these family members, especially James' dad with your love and grace and peace. I pray they will rest in YOU for comfort, without doubt, fear, or unrest. I pray they will all stand together in faith & that their bond will grow stronger because Jesus Christ is the "glue". Loving Father, Healing God ~ I lift up James, his parents and family to You in prayer. May the Holy Spirit dwell deep within their hearts and fill them with Your peace, comfort and grace. I pray that Your healing hands would be upon this woman, give her physicians Your wisdom and knowledge in diagnosing and treating her in the most beneficial ways. Grant this man strength and courage for the journey, a heart at peace in You and bright hope for tomorrow. I ask that James might renew his relationship with You, that it would become the center of his life and the cornerstone of his faith. You are a God of miracles and mercy. I ask in the name of Jesus for Your loving blessings, healing and provision in these lives. Amen.
