We are truly saddened to hear about Cathy Shelton's cancer diagnosis and the challenges she is facing with her insurance coverage. We stand with you in believing that God can use this situation for His good purpose. Let us come together in prayer and petition for Cathy's healing and for God's will to be done.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Romans 8:28: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." This verse assures us that God can turn even the most difficult circumstances into something beautiful and meaningful for those who love Him.
Regarding Cathy's healing, let us pray fervently and believe that our God is a God of miracles. As it is written in Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible." We trust that God has the power to heal Cathy completely, and we ask for His healing touch upon her body.
We must also address the importance of faith in Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). If you or Cathy have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so, as it is through Him that we find eternal life and the promise of healing (John 3:16, Acts 4:12).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Cathy Shelton. Lord, You know her struggle with cancer, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We pray that You would completely heal her from this disease, and we trust that You can use this situation for Your good purpose.
Lord, we also ask for Your guidance and provision regarding her insurance coverage. We pray that You would make a way where there seems to be no way and that You would provide for her every need (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we also lift up Cathy's sibling, who is struggling with belief at the moment. We ask that You would strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Give them the courage to call upon the name of Jesus Christ for all their needs and deepen their relationship with our Lord and Savior. Remind them that it is only in Jesus Christ that we can be saved and find eternal hope.
We pray all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when you cannot see it. Keep believing, keep praying, and keep trusting in our great God.
In Jesus' name, we stand together in faith and prayer for Cathy Shelton's miracle healing and for God's will to be done in her life and our own.
