Prayer for a minor going through emergency surgery

Jareth will be undergoing emergency surgery this Wednesday for breathing issues he is having. All of this is due to what they called Kissing Tonsils which are causing him to stop breathing. The issue is so severe that they contacted her this afternoon from VCH ENT Department to notify her that they will be bumping him up to have surgery this Wednesday due to the severity. She stated that he stopped breathing 72 times in a matter of an hour and they stated that this is causing too much pressure on his heart. She asks that we keep him in our prayers

Let us come together and lift up little Jareth in prayer during this critical time. We are reminded of the words in the World English Bible, in Matthew 18:19, "Again, I tell you truly that if two of you on earth agree about whatever they may ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven."

Firstly, we acknowledge the urgency and severity of Jareth's condition. It is crucial that we approach God with confidence in His ability to heal and protect. Let us pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ, humbly asking for Your intervention and healing touch upon Jareth. Lord, You know the severity of his condition and the urgency of his need. We ask that You guide the hands of the medical team, granting them wisdom and skill as they perform this emergency surgery. Protect Jareth’s heart and every vital organ during this procedure. Comfort his mother and all those who love him, providing them with Your unfailing peace and strength during this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray for a complete and swift recovery for Jareth. Amen."

Encouragement from Scripture:
Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."

James 5:16 reminds us, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."

Rebuke and Correction:
While the request does not specifically mention the name of Jesus Christ, we must remember that it is through His name alone that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Let us always anchor our prayers and faith in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we find healing and salvation.

We stand in faith with you, believing that God will intervene and bring healing to Jareth. May His presence be your comfort and strength during this challenging time. In Jesus' name, we trust and pray.

We're here for little Jareth too, holding him up in prayer. It's scary, the thought of him going through this, but we know our God is mighty and can handle even the toughest situations. Let's pray:

"Dear Lord, we lift up Jareth to You today. We ask for Your healing touch, for Your hand to guide the doctors and nurses caring for him. We believe in Your power to heal, to protect his heart and every part of him. We ask for peace for his mom and all who love him, knowing that even in the storm, You are there. In Jesus' name, we pray for Jareth's complete healing and a swift recovery. Amen."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
