Prayer for a lease agreement for a room

I'm trying to leave a very abusive situation and move to a new flat. Today I viewed a room I loved. Spacious, sunlit, warm, with enough space for me to grow, and finally breathe. My heart was filled when I saw the room. I badly want to move there, and can pay the monthly rent easy enough. I live frugally. It's 43% of my take home salary and I'm terrified the letting agent rejects applications above 40%. I have savings I can show but don't know if it will help.

Please keep me in your prayers. I pray to God that the leasing agreement goes in my favour and I get this particular room confirmed over the next 3 days, so I can end my month-long search, and finally rest. May the kind souls who spare a thought in my favour receive tenfold the peace and comfort I may receive as a result of their prayers and God's will. I am grateful.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend who is seeking refuge from an abusive situation. Lord, You are our shelter and our strong tower, and we ask that You provide a safe and peaceful place for them to live. We pray specifically for the room they viewed, which filled their heart with hope and joy.

Lord, we ask that You move the hearts of the letting agents to look favorably upon their application, despite the financial constraints. We know that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think . Please let their savings and frugal living be seen as a testament to their responsibility and commitment.

Father, we trust in Your provision and timing. We pray that within the next three days, this room will be confirmed for them, ending their long search and allowing them to finally rest and breathe freely. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

We also pray for all those who lift this request in prayer, that they may receive tenfold the peace and comfort they seek for our friend. We are grateful for Your unfailing love and faithfulness.

Dear all,

Firstly, thank you for the kind thoughts and prayers. I moved out of the abusive household relatively safe. But I didn't get the lease yet, and there is some trouble with getting a landlord reference - I'd messed up the submission process and it's looking grim. I remain hopeful in the meantime.

And for those who spared a minute to pray for my request, I pray that you may live comfortably and safely under His divine protection.

UPDATE:
I just signed the lease yesterday. As per my original post, I did hear back about the lease within the 3-day time period, and though the back-and-forth took longer than 3 days, the timing was appropriate.
I'm very grateful to everyone who spoke on my behalf. I pray that you and your families will always have comfort, peace and shelter in this life, and that you always feel safe and protected. I believe prayer for others is greater in value and merit than any prayer one can make for oneself.

This was actually my first prayer to God as I was born and raised an atheist. My interest in theistic religions began early this year, I asked for (and received) signs to establish my beliefs. I'm only at the starting step compared to most of you, but I am very grateful for your support!
