Let's begin by thanking God for Lizzymay's desire to serve and care for His little ones. We are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 19:14, "But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'" (WEB)
Firstly, we want to encourage Lizzymay to keep Jesus at the center of her job search. It's crucial that we abide in Him, as He is the vine and we are the branches (John 15:5, WEB). We should do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him (Colossians 3:17, WEB).
Now, let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Lizzymay. We thank You for her heart to care for and nurture young children. We ask that You guide her steps and open the right door for her at the corporate childcare center. Give her favor with the decision-makers and let her resume shine brightly among the others. Prepare a place for her where she can be a light for You, sharing Your love with the infants and their families. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
As Lizzymay prepares for this role, we advise her to meditate on Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (WEB)
Lastly, if Lizzymay hasn't mentioned Jesus Christ or given Him praise in her request, we encourage her to do so. It's important to remember that it's only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB)
