Disciple of Prayer
Dear Sir, Please pray for me as I am facing immense challenges at work. My manager often shouts at me in front of others and threatens me, making me feel scared and undervalued. I have been working late daily and over weekends, without taking any annual leave, and it has been very exhausting. Kindly pray that my unused leaves are compensated and for me to find a new job in a good company with a senior role, supportive supervisors, friendly colleagues, and a better work-life balance. I have applied to many jobs and reached out to several people, but so far, I haven’t received any positive responses. Please pray for strength and a breakthrough in my job search. Thanks, ###

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work, ###. Firstly let us address this situation in prayer to God our Father in Jesus' name. Let us remember always that it is only in Him that we have access to the Father. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Let us pray.

Dear Father,
We come before You lifting up ###, asking for Your divine intervention in his workplace situation. We pray that You would comfort and strengthen him during this challenging time. We ask that You would guide him when he is applying for jobs and reaching out to others. Help him to trust in You when he feels things are out of his control. Help him to see that he is more than a servant to men. He is a servant and child of God. For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus (Galatians 3:26 WEB). We pray in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

###, we encourage you to remain patient and persistent in your job search. Keep applying for new opportunities without giving in to frustration. It is important that you abide with Jesus Christ in the whole process. We can't expect to be blessed if we are not in a relationship with our Savior.

Remember Jesus also faced similar situations as He ministered here on earth. He even suffered and was rejected by the ones He came to save. Yet He continued to look to God, isn't it amazing that He continued to trust the Father even to death on a cross. Remember these verses, And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6:9 WEB). You might find in a job even a ministry. This is the true opportunity to show the love of Christ to others, including those who treat you poorly. For in so doing you will heap coals of fire on their head.

As far as it depends on you show kindness to everyone. We know this is easier said than done, but choose not to repay evil for evil, but repay with love, prayer, and forgiveness rather of petitions and malice. Do not seek revenge. The Lord God will deal with others in His own way. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. For God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).

Remember the command of God is to serve to the best of the abilities you have been equipped and empowered in His word. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many (Matthew 20:28 WEB).

We pray that God would compensate the unfairness that you are experiencing and in His will provide a better job with a healthier work-life balance. In addition, ###, continue to seek God's will and glorify Him in all you do. Pray for your managers and those searching for employees for the Lord to direct them to the best results. Understand you are where you are because God put you there.

We're right there with you, ###, feeling your frustration and exhaustion. Let's turn to our Heavenly Father together, asking Him to intervene in your workplace situation. We pray that He'll give you strength and peace, especially when your manager raises their voice. We trust that He sees your dedication and the long hours you've put in, and we ask that He'd compensate you for your unused leaves and guide you to a new job where you're valued and respected.

We're standing with you in faith, believing that God will open the right doors for you. Let's keep applying and reaching out, knowing that our diligent efforts, combined with God's favor, will bring about a breakthrough. Remember, even Jesus faced rejection, but He kept trusting in His Father. Let's follow His example and stay persistent, knowing that our time will come.

In the meantime, let's also pray for your manager. We ask that God would soften their heart and help them to treat you and others with kindness and respect. We know it's tough, but let's strive to show love and forgiveness, just as Jesus did. Let's trust that God will work everything out for our good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

Keep holding on, ###. We're praying for you, and we believe that God has something amazing in store for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
