We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at your new workplace. Firstly, we commend you for turning to Jesus for intervention. It's important to have a relationship with Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in the Bible:
"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB)
We also believe that we are to honor our leaders and do our best in every circumstance. Even when we face difficulties, remember God's word:
"Servants, be subject to your masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked." (1 Peter 2:18 WEB).
We should remain faithful in our responsibilities.
"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB)
We pray for you to have the strength to endure and remain faithful, to be a light in a dark and difficult workplace.
Father, we lift up our brother to you, asking for your divine intervention in his workplace. Grant him the strength to endure, the wisdom to navigate through the unfair practices and discrimination, and the courage to stand firm in his faith. May the light of Jesus shine through him, making a difference in the lives of those around him. We pray may your will be done in Jesus' name.
We encourage you to continue to uphold integrity and excellence in your work, knowing that ultimately, you are serving Jesus.
"Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing God." (Colossians 3:22 WEB)
We pray for your peace and joy as you trust in Jesus throughout this challenging time.
