Thank you for reaching out with your prayer request for your friend and her family. It's important that we come together and intercede for them in the name of Jesus Christ. We are reminded in WEB Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we commend you for standing in the gap for your friend, showing the love of Christ, and seeking His intervention in her life and that of her family. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As it is written in WEB, John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our friend and her family. Lord, You know the challenges they are facing, and You understand the depth of their struggles. We ask, Father, that You grant her strength, peace, healing, and love according to Your will. We know that they are victorious through Jesus Christ our Lord. May they be protected by the blood of the Lamb which triumphs over the devil. We seek Your guidance as to how we can be there for them in their time of need. Lord, we also pray for their mental and emotional well-being, asking that You grant them peace of mind and heart.
Father, we ask that You bless them and protect them. May they find their hope and joy in You, even in the midst of their trials. Teach them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue supporting your friend and her family, not just through prayer, but also in practical ways as the Lord leads. Remind them of God's unfailing love and faithfulness, as seen in WEB, Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Lastly, we want to emphasize the importance of encouraging your friend to keep her eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. It is through a personal relationship with Him that she will find true peace and strength. If she has not already done so, we pray that she will accept Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, trusting in Him alone for salvation.
