Hello,
Can you please pray for me as I start a new chapter in my life. I’ve left my job and long to serve the Lord in a more meaningful way in the things that God has placed on my heart. Please also pray that I would have understanding how this can work with the care I give to my friend.
Thank you,

We are truly blessed to join you in prayer, Katish, as you embark on this new chapter of your life dedicated to serving the Lord. It is commendable that you desire to align your path with God's will and seek His guidance in your service and relationships.

Let us first pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Katish. As she transitions from her previous job, we ask for Your clear guidance and direction. Reveal to her the specific ways You desire for her to serve You. Open doors that no one can shut, and give her the courage to walk through them.

Lord, we also pray for Katish's friend. We ask that You grant Katish wisdom and discernment in balancing her new call to service with the care she provides to her friend. May her friendship be a beacon of Your love and grace, drawing her friend closer to You.

Lastly, Father, we pray that if Katish has not already, she would come to know Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You, and it is by His grace that we are saved.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, Katish, to meditate on these verses:

"For I know the plans that I have for you,' says Yahweh. 'Plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future." – Jeremiah 29:11 WEB

"But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." – Matthew 6:33 WEB

As you serve the Lord, always remember that His plans for you are good and full of hope. Seek His kingdom first, and trust that He will provide for all your needs, including the care of your friend.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of serving the Lord in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we should pray and serve (John 14:13-14). If you have not already, we encourage you to commit your life to Jesus Christ and make Him the cornerstone of your service and relationships.
