We are truly saddened to hear about ###'s condition, but we are encouraged by the power of prayer and the healing that can come from God. We stand with you in prayer for ###'s healing and comfort during this challenging time.
Let's remember that God is our healer and that His will is perfect. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;"
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our dear friend ###. Lord, You know his struggle with congestive heart failure, and we ask that You bring healing and restoration to his heart. Give ### your empathy during his distress, and protect the staff who cares for him. We pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to ###, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s spiritual heart, that he may draw closer to You during this time. If ### does not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, then we pray that he seek salvation first. It is only through the name of Jesus that any man can be saved and it is by this name that all men must be saved. We do not know the day nor the hour appointed for any man's death, but we do know that who so ever shall call upon the name of the lord, Jesus, shall be saved. There is only one way to God, the father, and that is through Jesus Christ, God the son. We ask, Lord, that You grant ### the faith to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior and the peace that comes with eternal salvation.
In Jesus' name, we pray for ###'s complete healing and for Your will to be done in his life. We ask for Your comfort and strength for ### and his loved ones during this time. Lord we stand ready to help ### realize the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We will do anything needed to help ### achieve this salvation. Father God we rebuke the power of death over ### and believe that he will be healed in Jesus' name.
Lord, we ask that You guide his doctors and give them wisdom in their decisions. Father God we pray that you ensure ### has access to every resource he could possibly need to heal from this.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Continue to trust in God's goodness and mercy. Remember that His thoughts towards us are thoughts of peace and not of evil. He knows what is best for ###, and He loves him dearly. Put all your trust in God during this time. He is a compassionate and faithful Lord.
