Let us begin by standing in agreement with you, Whoeroth, lifting up your son Ben, his wife Porsche, and their newborn son to the Lord in prayer. We pray that God's will be done in this situation and that His healing power be manifested.
Firstly, we acknowledge that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). It is in His name that we come boldly before the throne of grace to obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ben, Porsche, and their newborn son to You. Lord, You knit this precious baby together in his mother's womb (Psalm 139:13), and You have a purpose and a plan for his life.
Father, we pray for Your healing hand to be upon this little one. We pray that You would fill his lungs with Your breath of life and ease his wheezing. We declare that he would be strong and healthy, growing and developing as he should. We trust Your promise in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?"
Lord, we also lift up Porsche, praying for a swift and complete healing from her C-section. We ask that You would give her strength and endurance as she cares for her newborn and her family. We pray that You would surround her with Your peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You would grant Ben and Porsche wisdom and discernment as they navigate this time. We pray that You would draw them closer to You and to each other, strengthening their marriage and their family unit. We declare Your promise in Joshua 1:9, "Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid, neither be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go."
Lord, we also pray for Whoeroth. We ask that You would guide her as a mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law. We pray that Your love and glory would shine through her, that she would be a beacon of Your light and hope to her family. We declare Your promise in Psalm 71:18, "Yes, even when I am old and gray, do not forsake me, my God, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your power to everyone who is to come."
Finally, Father, we pray that this family would know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. We pray that if any of them have not yet accepted Him as their Lord and Savior, that they would do so today. We declare Your promise in Romans 10:9, "that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Whoeroth, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13).
Stand firm in your faith, and know that we are here with you, agreeing in prayer and believing God for a miracle.
