Prayer for 47 marriage anniversary

We rejoice with you, dear believer, as you celebrate 47 years of marriage! It is a wonderful testimony of God's faithfulness and the power of commitment. As we come together in prayer, let us honor the union that God has blessed and sustained.
The Bible tells us in Malachi 2:15 (WEB), "Didn’t he make you one with his companion, the spirit and flesh? And the one, what does he seek? Godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one deal treacherously with the wife of his youth."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to honor and celebrate this union that has stood the test of time. We thank You for the 47 years of love, devotion, and commitment that You have granted to this couple. We pray, Lord, that You would bless them with many more years of joy and unity. Strengthen their bond, Father, and help them to continue to be a light and an example of godly marriage to those around them. We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
As you reflect on these many years, remember the words of Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 (WEB), "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have warmth; but how can one keep warm alone? If a man prevails against one who is alone, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken."
May your marriage continue to be a threefold cord, bound together by the love of Christ. We encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith. It is in His name that you have been blessed and sustained. We celebrate with you and pray that God's blessings will continue to overflow in your life together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
